When there is no battery protection for the primary equipment, when the protective battery is placed in the control box, it must be handled gently to prevent damage to the control box; according to the skill requirements, connect the connecting line to the controller, first connect the battery, then the load, and then the solar panel; during wiring operation, it must be noted that the wiring of each circuit and the terminal indicated on the controller shall not be connected Wrong, the positive and negative polarity should not be collided or reversed, otherwise the controller will be damaged.
The connecting line between the batteries should be pressed on the terminal of the battery with bolts, and copper washer should be used to improve the conductivity of the solar garden lamp; after the output line is connected with the battery, it is forbidden to short circuit the output line under any circumstances to prevent damage to the battery. When the output line of the battery is connected to the controller on the pole, it must pass through the PVC conduit to prevent contact with other parts. After the above equipment process is completed, carefully check the terminal wiring of the controller to prevent short circuit, and close the door of the control box when it is normal.
For LED solar garden lamp equipment, it is required to fix the components: fix the solar panel on the solar panel bracket, fix the lamp cap on the suspender, then fix the bracket and cantilever on the main pole, and lead the connecting line to the control box (battery box). Before lifting the lamp pole, check whether the fasteners of each part are firm, whether the lamp holder equipment is normal, and whether the light source works normally.
Then debug the system whether it can work normally, loosen the connection between the controller and the solar panel, the light source works normally, connect the solar panel connection line, the lamp goes out; carefully observe the change of the indicator lights on the controller. If all data are normal, the equipment can be lifted. When hoisting the main lamp pole, pay attention to the safety measures, and the screws must be tightened. If there is an error in the angle of the lamp head towards the sun, it is necessary to go up and adjust its south facing direction towards the sun to achieve the effect of light energy absorption.
After the whole process of LED solar garden lamp is completed, debug the system again to see if the system can work normally; if the solar garden light source is normal, re connect the solar panel connecting line and turn off the light; carefully observe the changes of the indicator lights on the controller, all data return to normal, and seal the control box.
